Rahul Naiver was born and raised in the Collab area of South Mumbai. His brother Maharani is a corporation from the district Collab. Naiver is also the son-in-law of senior NCP leader Mr. Rampage Nair Nimbler, who is a well-known legislator from the NCP and chairman and speaker of the state Maharashtra legislative council. He was born as Suresh Naiver on 11 February 1977 and is aged 45 years.
Rahul is married to Sarojini Nimbler.
In addition to his father-in-law, Narwekar’s brother Maharani is also in politics and is a corpora tor from Collab and is a Hindu by religion. Exact details of his educational qualification are not known.
Naiver is a first-time legislator from Mumbai Collab Assembly constituency and prior to joining BJP, he has been associated with Shiv Senna and NCP.
He was also the spokesperson of the Youth Wing of the Shiv Senna in the past years. He quit the party and joined the NCP in year 2014. Naiver claimed that the inaccessibility of party top brass prompted him to quit the Shiv Senna.
