How but Living a healthy life...

You might have heard:

“Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise”.

I don’t say it, but it has its own importance, although it’s not a complete formula for being healthy. Being medically fit needs time; then you find a right track that leads you to somewhere, you start leading a healthy life.

Counting on medical technology may be a great risk, as it brings remedy under the disguise of many healthy miseries; so how can it save you from the health related problems. Therefore, instead of resorting to the remedies, why not start living life in such a way that saves you from falling ill.
Focus on the better prevention rather than on better medical treatment that is the secret behind a prolonged healthy life. In addition, the same lifestyle that helps you to avoid illness also helps you to lose weight.
Physical exertion where there were no machinery, no human manual work substitutes, people walking on their foots rather than any means of transportation, was an era when people were less prone to diseases, their activities included tillage but with beasts with less chance of sitting idle on a seat of a machinery or tractor. This was quite opposite to the present day lifestyle. That is the main cause for people giving the warmest welcome for getting engulfed by new and unique diseases. A yet very interesting thing is the replacements of grounds with games of mobile phone. Therefore, the door to the physical exertion is no more present anywhere. The same technological achievement is a positive catastrophe in your life, people being their slaves stay up late. When you feel sleepy and don’t get bothered, against nature, it's favoring your health?

You have totally succumbed to the scientific gadget, as you are sacrificing your sleep, that is the compromise over a great deal. Personally, I have experienced that there is a difference between the sleep of a day and a night. Staying up late at night makes you deficient in many bodily requirements. For a student, burning the midnight oil is also discouraged, but there is the part of life where metabolic activity is much faster. But for those habitually keeping late at night may be asleep during daytime. This is so much injurious to health. Primarily, these slovens, your mental health, your mental activities, and your mental or intellectual abilities.
Our body has a set of senses, those senses trigger be in needed. If we don’t respond to our bodily involuntary actions, we may find loss to a part of our body or may get hurt simply. This is the same thing as we feel hunger but don’t try to eat anything, or overeat when we have no hunger, in another way our eyes are about to shut, but we keep on late at night deliberately; what may the result be? An imbalance in the nature of our health. Indigestion or malnutrition may be caused, then you should consult to the medics. It's normal that we need rest, as a common rule; we work for our living rather than to live for working, or we are not born to work, but we have to work for our livelihood. So we need rest. Rest is not necessary but mandatory, and a natural equilibrium of our life pattern. Therefore, we need to give rest to our digestive system; this way we can purge it; but how come?

Simply by fasting.

Sleep is the most necessary thing after food and water needed to our body, it maintains our health.
But we need cleanliness, this nourishes our spirit and our physique as well.  Taking a bath is necessary for our health; but apart from it, use of cool water for washing our apparent organs must be a routine of our life. This keeps our glands working properly. This also works as a relaxant to our body.
Our body is controlled by our brain through a phenomenon called mind. Many of the diseases today   are self-induced. Stress and anxiety, the most common ones, come from your inner and are regarded as a toll on our health. Introspection is a way that gives rise to self-meditation, which renders you tension free. Learn a simple technique and do it regularly.
