Building a strong inner connection with yourself is what loving yourself entails.
It's about developing your own loving family within yourself. You'll never feel lonely again. You're already three years old! It's referred to as your Trinity. From now on, everywhere you go, you'll be accompanied by your Inner Family. You're not by yourself. You are cherished and safeguarded. You pay attention to yourself and take care of that wonderful little Child who has been waiting for your attention and love for a long time.
You're trying to live in an adult world as a four-year-old boy or girl if you don't know your Inner Child. You feel alone, terrified of the vast terrible world around you, and you have no idea what to do, who to ask for help from, or how to protect yourself. This is the most difficult method. You will always experience fear, terror, doubt, and exhaustion. Trying to live as a child in an adult country is difficult. You'll be angry and afraid for the majority of the time, and you'll lose.
What is the reason for this? No one gives a damn about that Baby inside you.
Assume your given name is Charlotte. She is a 42-year-old woman. Charlotte, the tiny girl, is seated inside. You've done it. Little Charlotte will feel ignored if you are busy in a foreign place caring for other people, business people, travelling, and doing a thousand things every day. When you run every night to help others and ensure that their needs are addressed, you will get exhausted and cry in your bed. You will be upset from time to time. You'll be enraged for no apparent reason (but there is one, and it's a big one!).
All of these wonderful feelings are your Inner Child's attempts to grab your attention.
Imagine you had a husband, colleagues, parents, friends, and a four-year-old girl called Charlotte in addition to your children. No one seemed to be paying attention to him. Nobody gives a damn. You yell at him, "Shut up!" whenever he attempts to tell you something, and you catch his attention. "I have to look after my parents, my career, my husband, my books, my friends, my other kids, and my house..." I'm sorry, but I don't have time for you!"
What do you anticipate your reaction will be? What do you believe he'll do? You'll begin by attempting to capture your audience's attention by displaying strong emotion. He will scream and scream, and he may become enraged at times. You may believe you are enraged with the outside world, but your inner self is enraged with you! She is enraged and irritated since you don't seem to care about her! He acts as if he isn't! Pretending that our Inner Child does not exist is the worst thing we can do. This entails acting as if we are not.
What exactly does that imply?
You must first cultivate your Inner Mother. You can use your loving mother as an example if you are fortunate enough to have one. Aside from that, you must cultivate this Inner Mother, which is your ability to care for women. "What is going on, my dear?" your Inner Mother should ask your Inner Child whenever you have feelings. Pay attention to what your youngster has to say. Rather than carrying on the discourse. Come in," Mother replied from within. Come into my arms; I adore you just the way you are. "I adore you because of how you feel."
Emotional tension will be substantially lessened as a result. Instead of saying, "I get it," say, "I get it." These phrases are crucial since most of the time we don't feel "normal" having the sentiments we experience, and we try to ignore or repress them, making it tough. "I hear you, my love, come into your mother's arms, I love you," says the narrator.
Loving oneself fosters a strong inner bond with yourself.
Within you, it has formed your own loving family. You'll never be on your own again. You've already had three. It's referred to as your Trinity. From now on, you'll be carrying your Inner Family with you wherever you go. You're not on your own. You are cherished and guarded. You pay attention to and care for that wonderful tiny Baby who has been waiting for your attention and love for a long time.
This is the process of internal healing.
