People that are suffering from these diseases are more likely to suffer from kidney disorders, so they should undergo a medical examination as per the instructions of the doctor. Because proper functioning of kidneys is extremely important for a healthy life.

STONE

Solid minerals that don't dissolve and accumulate in the kidney are called 'stones', thanks to which there is an obstruction in the excretion of water from the body. This mineral usually contains calcium oxalate, but can also contain other compounds. Four sorts of kidney stones (calcium oxalate, phosphate, acid, and cysteine) are very common. Ultrasound and CT scans are recommended for diagnosis. Stone size can vary from person to person.

It will be surprising to know that it can be as big as a golf ball and it can be so small that the stone can be passed through urine. Consistent with medical experts, if the stone size is up to five m m, it is often passed naturally through urine. However, if the quantity is greater than this, then lithotripsy or surgery is required.

There also are two methods of surgery (open surgery and endoscopy), in some cases, both methods are used. Kidney stones can occur in women and men, usually between the ages of 30 and 50. When a stone has been removed, there are risks of its reappearance.

SYMPTOMS OF GALLSTONES

The ureter may be a tube that carries urine from the kidney to the bladder. A ureter is attached to every kidney. Its upper half is within the abdomen and the lower half is in the pelvis. Urinary calculus is not detected until it has moved into the ureter. If the stones are present for an extended time, many complications can arise, and even the bladder can become blocked.

Common symptoms of kidney stones include burning within the urine, nausea and vomiting, pus or white blood cells within the urine, fever or chills thanks to infection, blood within the urine, pain in the kidneys or projection, and urination. Decline and stalling are the highest ones.

CAUSES OF KIDNEY STONES

Stones are often caused by many reasons, like drinking less water, eating high-protein foods, and consuming an excessive amount of salt. However, the most cause of kidney stones is drinking less water. Thanks to less water, acid cannot be diluted and the urine becomes more acidic, if this acidity increases, then the probability of stone formation increase.

People who drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day are less likely to develop kidney stones. Consistent to medical experts, long-term calcium and vitamin D supplements and some other medications, like for migraines and epilepsy, can cause kidney stones. Additional reasons include an unnatural diet, fatness, high blood pressure, stomach avoiding surgery, inspiring bowel disease or lingering diarrhea, and a sedentary lifestyle. Soft drinks also can cause stone formation.

CAUTION

If a urinary calculus occurs, you ought to immediately consult a specialist for its treatment. However, there are some precautions and beneficial foods which will prevent the formation of stones such as drinking more water. If the color of the urine is yellow or brown, it's a sign that your body is not getting enough water.

Apart from this, many foods will help in keeping the disease away, and in the case of stones, they will be removed. The simplest of them is the bean, which is kidney-shaped. Boil it for six hours and then filter the water and drink it every two hours.

BENEFICIAL FOODS

Apart from this, basil, celery, apples, apple vinegar, corn cobs, grapes, and pomegranate also protect you from kidney stones. Avoiding the consumption of bitter and salty foods like spinach, wheat bran, strawberries, dry fruits, and tea can reduce urinary discomfort thanks to stone disease. Sugar also produces calcium salts, so it's best if people with kidney stones avoid it.
