The "None of the Above" or "NO TA", vote is one of the most important issues to prevent extreme political decline in a democratic system. In other words, in order to prevent the disliked candidates from seizing power in the election, NO TA is necessary! As a result, all the candidates with the mentality of plagiarism will be left with zero votes through socially conscious voters. In this way, it is possible to bring justice for the society and the countrymen by bringing about a worldly revolution. In special cases, voting for NO TA is a must for Indians. Therefore, in a democracy, this should be the main slogan, that is, the special need, Justice: No ta & Nil!
In general, the Constitutional Apex Court or Supreme Court of every country in the world is located at the highest level of the judiciary. However, for the purpose of electing the people's representatives at all levels of the democratic system of governance for the welfare of the people, the people's court is entitled to give the latest verdict.
The role of the electorate in democracy is basically the highest level! Because, one of the invaluable resources given by the great constitution of the country is the right to vote. So, the NO TA vote is a silent weapon for politicians with dishonest character! Conscious countrymen should take such a step by giving "NO TA" vote as an opportunity if necessary for the greater good of themselves and future generations. It is to be noted that this "NO TA" is also one of the important issues in fulfilling the constitutional franchise of the conscious citizens to protect the overall interest!
The result of its proper use is to protect the dignity of the Constitution. Particularly in countries like the Indian subcontinent, from the GP level to the parliament, the election of people's representatives at all levels and participation in the formation of the government. Because, in a democracy, if there is an orderly environment, the "Right Person in Right Chair" system will work and there will never be a "Wrong Person in Right Chair or Right Person in Wrong Chair" system.
That is why the Election Commission of India introduced voter identity cards in 1993 to free the electoral process from corruption. His Excellency the then Chief Election Commissioner, T.N. Session, introduced this unprecedented voter ID card in the electoral history of the world which is known to all! For the purpose of periodic transparency, the next Election Commission in 2009 reserved the "NO TA" vote in the EVM. This is because the "NOT A" will be used only when a candidate does not like it to facilitate the opinion of the electorate and to protect the constitutional status of a democratic country.
Therefore, it is imperative for the Election Commission to continue the public awareness campaign on the "NOT A" vote. On the other hand, in order to bring more transparency in the election process, the electoral fund of the country must be managed under the control of the Election Commission in an all-party decision. Legal control is necessary even to suppress political mafia. In other words, if an election candidate cannot submit nomination papers in any center under the pressure of the ruling party, then there is a need to extend the time. At the same time, subject to legal scrutiny by the Election Commission to make arrangements for the submission of relevant candidate posts is also essential in a democratic electoral system.
However, is the country moving forward with a well-planned system of governance in the rhythm of civilization? Or is it a big question whether democracy will run after the political mirage or stay behind? The solution of which depends mainly on the well-thought-out opinion of the esteemed electorate or the innermost conscience of the voters! Since any level of government is formed through indirect and direct election of people's representatives. Which is usually conducted as a system of governance with immense power in the country.
Therefore, in the absence of a suitable candidate, it is very important to cast a "NOT A" vote. However, if the citizens are aware of the "NO TA" vote, the political parties will also be forced to think anew. Because, in the expectation of victory, then the welfare candidate will be forced to nominate. For example, if there is no fear of "NOT A" vote, then the more candidates, the more they will continue to be candidates. As a result, whatever happens in the name of democracy! In other words, if there is no fear of getting zero in the NO TA"vote, then that is what will happen! Just like the "KOK BO ROK" proverb of mouth spoken by the elders in the mother tongue of the indigenous people of the state of Tripura is enough.
That's 'Ha............!" That means, "Come on boys, come on, it's the time to cut hard soil, but go away friends, go away, it's the time to eat delicious meat(pork)!" At the time of the election and at the end of the election, it is as if such a "KOK BO ROK" proverb is being implemented even in a people-friendly democratic India! Therefore, the" NO TA" must be implemented. Since the government of the country is the present and future leader of the people.
Therefore, in a politics dependent society, so that politics can be implemented as the rule of policy, the voters must also be responsible for this. Then of course, no child in the country will feel the need to make Ram Rahim, Asha Ram, Radhema after the mask of a saint! In the age of extreme civilization, scandalous activities and cruel self-centeredness in the name of religion may decrease. However, the expectation is that if this 'NO TA" voting is carried out as required, the implementation of "India will again take the best seat in the world assembly" and "Better than all the world is our India" is inevitable! From which all the countries of the modern world will find new ways. So let the slogan of Indians be 'Justice: No ta & Nil!
