What are the Christian views about YOGA?

As a practicing Christian myself, there is little in Yoga that contradicts Christianity. Some critics argue that Yoga and Christianity cannot coexist, but we still know that Yoga is not a religion. However, it depends on your opinion. I was recently reading about someone claiming that Kundalini is "new age sorcery". Are the Salem witch trials still this close to our hearts? These claims are interesting because ministers and priests have been meditating for centuries without complaint. I think meditation would be a bad experience if one took enough time to meditate on bad thoughts. Honestly, it depends on what you're meditating about; and indeed, some schools teach Yoga, Hinduism or Buddhism. This has always been a conflict for me, as I love yoga but have no desire to change my faith. Many teachings of yoga and meditation are non-denominational. Now, if Yoga was a religion, what would it be? The principles of yoga are universal. Yumas, and jicamas AMASS are similar in principle to the Ten Commandments, but as a Christian you have the right to choose and choose whatever you want from Yoga. You also have the right to avoid sectarian ashrams. Yoga practice and meditation provide many Christians, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, and Muslims with a closer connection with God, but there will always be someone who feels tempted to change their faith. Let's be honest, people who worry about a sudden change of belief are mostly rooted in two different camps of thought.

Someone who is indecisive about their own religion and isn't quite sure where they really stand.

Severe intolerance to any idea that is new or may result in a clearing of the mind. Let's stop the intolerance. Please set an example for your children and take a break when you are driving, waiting in line, or face-to-face with someone different from you.

Along with a positive attitude, one of the sine qua non of yoga is diet. It is highly recommended to do your yoga session approximately 2 hours after the main meal. Many experts agree that what we eat is reflected in both our appearance and our state of health. In other words, it is important to pay attention to what we consume to avoid diseases and ailments.

But the question of what it means to eat healthy remains a constant source of research for many people. According to reliable studies, a varied diet is the ideal food for any human organism. But fruits and vegetables containing fiber and vitamins should be a permanent component of your daily meals. Also, when it comes to maintaining your health, anything that can be described as natural food is recommended.

Although many people try to eat as little as possible, you should remember that your body needs nutrients to function properly because they believe that food can harm them. However, even if you are consuming healthy foods, do not overdo it when you eat, as it will not have the same beneficial effect for you. Try to stop eating as soon as you are no longer hungry, or better yet, before you reach a state of fullness. By doing this, you will discover that the tiredness we sometimes experience after eating is significantly reduced, while your energy level is significantly increased.
