You just need a place with silence, which you have to make, be it your bedroom or office desktop. Just sit still, keep yourself straight, take a deep breath and focus on positive thoughts. You can use your office desk while having a short tea break or lunch hour to do the same. Incorporate rest into your daily routine for 20 minutes as a must or more, daily. You will notice a positive changes in your lifestyle when you start doing this stress-relieving activity. Sleep well is a must in reducing stress. Take enough sleep and sleep to minimize your symptoms of depression. If your stress level or adrenaline levels in your body begin to plummet, hair loss will decrease automatically.
Eat healthy: Always eat healthy. Always intake food which is rich in protein, vitamins and minerals and have sufficient quantity of it. Eat whole grain bread, dairy products like milk, cheese, butter, etc. and poultry products such as eggs and poultry. Include fish and meat in your diet. Keep yourself away of the excess sugar. Eat raw vegetables and whole fruits as much as you can in a day.
