This has left medical specialist into a critical riddle to solve . A mystry or myth, he claims to be blessed by a goddess when he was 8years old which helps him to survive without sustainance and he reveals the secret of his energy and healthy body is meditation. Also known as chunriwale mataji, Jani is 92 years old and yet alive . 
Two medical observation have been conducted to solve the mystry back in the year 2003 and 2010. Both involving docter Sudhir Shar, a neurologist in Sterling Hospitals in AHEMADABAD . In both the observations doctors and investigators have confirmed he has exceptional abilities to survive without food and water. He was observed under cctv. Both the observations were for 2weeks, 10 days and 6 days respectively. But the researchers have failed to reveal the mystry behind PRAHLAD JANI.
Normally a man can survive for 2 to 3 days without food and water on the protein and fats stored in his body. Doctors and investigators have kept some secrets with the observations of Jani claiming these would be an essential discovery and the soldiers might have to survive without food and water during the wars with this method.

According to an expert among the investigators explained that he did not even pass urine or stool during the observation of 10days in the year 2003.
