Constitution Day also is known as sam Vidhan divas, is celebrated in India on 26th November of every year to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India & it came into effect on 26th November 1950. Indian Constitution is known as living documents... Let us know why it's called a living document later.

. Dr.B.R Ambedkar the father of the Indian Constitution. Bhima Ramji Ambedkar is popularly known as Baba Saheb Ambedkar. Then who all adopted it?? they are--- Ambedkar, Sri chart Chandra Bose, Sri C range pilchard and Sri M Asaf Ali. Totally 207 representatives including 9 women were present during its inaugural function.

It took almost 3yeras ( two years eleven months and seventeen days).

The Indian Constitution is called a living document.

The reason for telling as a living document is that the Indian Constitution can be changed according to the requirements and needs of the present society and its future. It is not a constant and static document rather it is a fluid and it can be changed by the process of amendment.
