Sulfuric Acid Chemistry:

INCOLOY 825 (UNS N08825) contains 38-46% nickel with copper addition (1.5-3.0%) for sulfuric acid resistance. Titanium stabilization (0.6-1.2%) prevents sensitization.

High-Temp Mechanicals:

Stress Rupture: 100 MPa @700°C/10,000h

Yield Strength Retention: 220 MPa @550°C

Oxidation Rate: <0.5 mg/cm²/100h @900°C

Thermal Fatigue: 300+ cycles (20-800°C)

Refinery Manufacturing:
