If I'm Not Satisfied What I Want

The customer carrier is almost the buyer. As commercial business owners or employees, we all at one time or another are needed to deal with a frustrated consumer. What happens when the consumer is dissatisfied with us?

Being in a commercial business no longer guarantees success. The only thing left to do for a business owner is to lose our business, so even if something goes wrong and we are consumers, we can just take it for granted and move around all the time or seek happiness. By the way, we often complain, but otherwise, we can no longer continue as consumers.

Here is a suggestion to be the happiest consumer ever. Know what you need for someone to make you happy before you complain. Here is an example.

Last week I donated a pie to a grocery store across the country. It was sold and after I was about to devour it, it was the worst thing I ever tasted. I searched for my receipt to return it and saw that it was $ 2.50 and that it charged me $ 4.79.

On the way to the store, I decided I could ask for a full refund and a brand new pie. When I went to the customer support desk, I told one of the staff members what I expected of my problem. He waited a bit and went into the office again. When he got out here he told me to go buy a brand new pie.

As I began to search for pies, I became interested in any other fruit pie (the first one being green berries) or pumpkin or lime key. Key lime has been $ 3.00 more than a unique pie, however, I have eaten it prematurely in that area and it is generally worth it. I also took an important lime pie item to the network company desk, explaining that I could see that the lime thing was a good deal and the man or woman asked if I would like a bag. He then passed the refund and I walked out of the store.

I will end up in that place again.

My point in that is that after we become consumers, we can enjoy a very bad situation with the help of using understanding how far we need someone to make us need to come back. When we realize what we need we should ask for it. This gives the businessman or woman the opportunity to purchase a connection with us and a way to find what we want to make you happy.

For the consumer, it is usually not clean for them to see what might please them. As a business owner, it is a good idea to have tips prepared and employees empowered to deal with the situation.

As I said before, what we want to see is what we need and how to ask for it. Remember that it is more expensive to get new customers than to give them what they want to get happy, at least in most cases.
