How tragic! A leopard carries a mother monkey in its mouth after killing it. The little baby monkey is still hanging on to its dead mother.
The incident took place in the South Luangwa Forest of Zambia. The photo was taken in 2022 by the famous Spanish photographer Igor Altona.
The photo teaches us that the safest refuge for a child in this world is the mother, even after death.
