Have you ever heard of Hindu-Push ups? If you haven't, boy, I've got news for you. Simply put, they work (they almost made me go into yoga until I found out it was actually Yogic) and you need to check it out. By doing research for an article I wrote a short post about Yoga and Calisthenics, I came across a unique form of exercise known as Hindu-Push ups. Soon, I was fascinated by the name as I knew anything “Hindu” would inevitably come from India and may therefore be related to Yoga. I clicked on a related link and found a description of a completely different type of push up. Now, even though I have grown up with physical activity and exercise, the one exercise I have never been so obsessed with doing push-ups, I have never really liked them and do them occasionally because of the need. However, these Hindu Push ups seem different and the benefits associated with them actually sold me to try a few at a time. Now if exercising in an unconventional way, puts a smile on your face while doing it, makes you breathe deeply (which is always good) and strengthens the whole body while making sure you are not all strong due to zero flexibility, I think you should vote with anyone else. (These were all the reasons I took Yoga) Yes, that's what Hindu-Push ups do. Here's how and, like me, after reading this next section, take a moment and try 2-3 quickly. -Find into all four. -The starting point is the legs are very open and the buttocks are high in the air. -From there, bend your elbows as if you were constantly pushing, bringing your back down to a circular arc -Effer your arms and keep your chest high and your buttocks almost touching the ground. Properly covered, it will withstand a great deal of adverse conditions. They also improve the flexibility of the shoulders and hips as well as the upper and lower back. Now, when I personally became very interested in this work, I added 2 and 2 and it occurred to me that 1. These Push-ups are “Hindu” aren't they? So they must have come from India. 2. The first place is 'Down Dog' and the last place is 'Cobra Status' and its performance is very similar to the 6-8 Positions of the Sun… : Yoga (my favorite) and Calisthenics (with its push-ups ... which I can only tolerate). That said, as I just wrote in another article, if my program does not allow me to do all the Yoga exercises I would like to do in a day, I would simply do 24+ cycles of sun salutation, body posture. and these Hindu-Push ups. Plus I’m changing this fitness combination now and I still feel like I’m doing a lot of Yoga, maybe different styles of the day. The key features are that I get my exercise, I love what it is and it works well for me. You should try it and see how it works for you but trust me, at least with Sun Salutations (Yoga's warm up) and Hindu Push-ups (2 active yoga), my friend you can't go wrong with a complete workout and with Yoga. In Friendship, Foras Aje
