Whenever we talk about money, our mind Imagine big wads of bills, when we talk about billions of money, our mind imagines a rich person with lots of luxury facilities or objects.
We all think that the more money we have, the more power we will have to use luxury services, but it is something else that we should know.
It was during my first year of college, my college was in Delhi, a place known as the capital of India and also the center of everything and everyone, study, work, manufacturing, industry or companies. I was there in a rented room far from my home and it was at that time my parents started giving me a decent amount in my bank account but after few months I realized that the money was coming into my accounts and scheduled to leave my bank accounts , funny.
Overall, everything goes better in college and in a rented room. I usually go to a nearby restaurant for food twice a week, one on Sunday and one in the middle of the week to take food, the restaurant is a mile away from my rented room.
In India it is not compulsory to TIP your waiter and give a service charge, it is based on the fact that everyone will either want to tip or not, your waiter will not misbehave if you did not tip him, it was not how it happened in the american story i heard So whenever I want to go to this restaurant my order bill is below 200 rupees (<2.5$) because vegetarian food is cheaper in India every time I pay the bill for my order I tip the waiter 10 rupees (<20 cents ). served me when I was a student and it was a wonderful surprise for them because students usually don't give their savings as pocket money.
I was there in Delhi for three years and I usually visit the restaurant every week to have lunch and tip the waiter for 10 rs and that made all the waiters notice me, it was an amazing experience because whenever I enter the restaurant they are there to they provided me with a seat, fresh food and all for a tip of just 10 rupees. There is one waiter who waits on my table most of the time
It was my birthday when I visited there with my friends and ordered and ordered food and it cost 1000 rupees (about $15) and at that time I tipped him one hundred rupees ($1.5) which is 10 times more than mine the usual tip value, therefore (the waiter) asked me why you give so much.
I replied take it bhaiya today is my birthday so have some tasty food. Maybe that's the reason to wait for me.
It is known by my favorite type of food, my likes, my tastes, tastes and so on. he continued my order while I was sitting in the chair and it was really a wonderful thing for me.
One day in the winter season, I withdrew my bank account amount of ₹80,000 ($10,000) which includes college fee and room rent. I kept this amount in my bag, I moved to my rented house, but before that I met many people also stopped at different places and finally reached in the room.
But,
What did I find?
Nothing is wrong with me, my BAG!!! Contains ₹80,000 or $10,000. At that time I was really very nervous, I started to remember all the places and again I looked for the bag in every place but I couldn't find it and finally I reached the restaurant because it was the last place I was.
So at the end, I wish the waiter would appear right after entering the restaurant, approach me with my bag and give it to me by saying "your bag bhaiya, you left it on your table."
Before answering him I checked my bag, all my accessories and money were safe in there. I took a deep breath. In reply I told him, Thanks Bhaiya, you have saved me today.
That day I understand that money is immensely powerful if you invest it at the right time in the right place and in the right person.
No matter how much you invest but you should be accurate and honest in your investment. And I know the "power of money" from these experiences.
