How you can sharpen your brain by making friends with math's?

Maths subject is essential for the development of children's mind, leaving math's studies in adolescence or making distance can have an effect on the ability of students to think.  This has been revealed in the research done on 133 students of 14 to 18 years.  Researchers say that in Britain, a 16-year-old student has the freedom to leave the subject of mathematics, while in other countries it is not so.

It directly affects the brain development of the student.  Researchers say that teenagers who do not take math subjects or make distance have an effect on a particular part of their brain.  In the part of the brain that is responsible for the ability to think and understand, there was a decrease in certain types of chemicals (gamma-aminobutyric acid).

During the research, the students were divided into two groups.  In the first group, there were students of Mathematics subject.  At the same time, there were students in the second group who had not taken Mathematics subject.  The brains of the students were examined for about 19 months.  The investigation revealed that even after 19 months in the brain of students who had distanced themselves from the subject of mathematics, a small amount of a chemical believed to be responsible for the ability to think was found.  At the same time, this chemical was in sufficient quantity in the students of mathematics.

The effect of mathematics on physical development as well: -

Researcher Rou Cohen says, math also has an effect on students physically and mentally.  Teenage is a very special age because with the development of the brain at this age, the ability to think and understand also develops.  But in this period, many students keep their distance from mathematics, that is why it is important that students should love mathematics.  Here are some important steps for this

First understand what is mathematics: -

Often such fear is created in the minds of people regarding mathematics that even those who are interested in studying mathematics, have a feeling of fear in their mind due to these heard things.  Let us make it clear that Maths is the most difficult subject, which requires a very sharp mind to study.

Study systematically: -

Mathematics is such a subject that if you suddenly start studying from somewhere, then this subject cannot be understood quickly.  There is a whole process of studying math, which is followed by progressing from one step to another to learn mathematics.

Practicing continuously: -

Mathematics is such a subject that the more you practice, the easier it seems.  After the beginning or end of any chapter of Mathematics, some practice questions are given, whose solution is also often told.  When you study math's, first read and understand that chapter well, then try to understand well the questions which have been solved, after which concept, they have been solved.

Study on the basis of the formula: -

Mathematics is a subject that is based on a formula.  If you can understand these formulas correctly, then math's problems can be solved easily.  Suppose if someone asks you how much is 9 times 56, then you will remember the tables of 56.  Otherwise, if we know the formula for multiplication, then we can solve it in a few seconds by solving it in mind.
