G. A Novel, Writing Techniques

Everyone has a dream, but what do you do when you wake up in the morning? I'm sure everyone forgot as soon as they washed their face in the bathroom. What is most important in your dream? The answer is easy to find, because I'm sure you're had a great experience in your dream like adventure in the deep jungle, chasing horrible monsters and anything. And I know that not all of you can remember all your dreams. I also yes, but I have some techniques to remove your dream from your unconscious mind and it will give you a new cool idea for your new novel. Writing a novel is very difficult. It’s hard to find a new idea to write in your book. Therefore, I recommend using your dreams. I believe you can inspire (or scare) others why your dream works. But the difficult thing is to remember your dream. As soon as they woke up almost everyone forgot their dream. They can still remember what they dreamed, but not at all. Let me tell you about a "dream" unknown to some of you. When we sleep, our eyes move very fast, which is called the REM (Rapid Eye Moving) period and when our eyes do not move, it is called the No-REM period. Our body changes from REM to No-REM from time to time. I'm not sure about the exact duration but it's about an hour and a half. When we are in REM mode, we start dreaming. This theory can explain why our dreams are not constant and change in very different ways overnight. Other things about dreams are beyond the scope of this article and you can find more details on the net. Now, how can I write my dream? You may ask. The answer is simple, take a pen (or pencil) and write. It may seem ridiculous but it's hard to write anything when you wake up. Writing should be practiced after waking up. Here are some tips: 1. Find some pens (or pencils) and some paper or notebooks and put them behind your body before you go to sleep. When you wake up, try to write down anything you can remember as much as possible. For example, when you dream of a monster following you in the jungle. Try to write in detail about that monster, does it have horns ?, does it have creep ?, what color is it ?, what forest do you run into? The explanation will help you in identifying the second part of your dream so try to write down the details of what you can remember.3. After you have completed your daily cleaning (or anything), sit down and edit what you have written.4. Repeat the process. It takes some time to practice until you remember all your dreams. Do not give up! Finally, I want to tell you not to underestimate your dream. A dream can be a warning from the future, new innovation, new technology. And I'm sure it could be a new bestseller novel too! . Enjoy writing Poem.
