In literal words we can summarize women empowerment as the process in which women tends to recreate and elaborate what people thought they can never do Talking about cybercrime women are mostly targeted and attacked not because they are weak but because people think they are an easier target Whether you live in Pakistan or in any other country people everywhere blames a woman for anything unscrupulous happen with her.
Women empoerment should be considered as the expansion of freedom of choice and actions in order to shape one's life It revolves around having control over resources and businesses The societal downfall stares us with an alarming fact that not only Pakistan but major countries in the world have become an almost impossible place to live for women.
In the digital world women are every minute open to threats and fears Its not that men are always safe and only women are taregeted but women are always considered as an easy target When a women says her father or husband has allowed her to follow her dreams and do whatever she wants this is not freedom she is been given permission to do what she wants this is only accepting what she wants to do.Every second day we see women being threaten whether on roads or on social media Even famouse celebrities are in the loop of being bullied Cyber bullying is a very common form of cybercrime these days people have even been commiting suicide after being bullied by their fellow friends and colleagues Cyber bullying is not only amongst women but men are also targeted Bullying is not only because of physical apperance but people troll others for their sense of humor how they talk and whats theirperspective Even you are being bullied for the clothes you wear and for the things you carry.Women now have the opportunity to easily start a business through social media, as they can now manage their family and work together in the comfort of their own home.The idea of running a business far away and being able to cater to a large number of customers is very appealing to women who want to do something in life.
