First Step: Meat Chaos I toss my ground beef and diced onion into a big ol’ skillet like I’m hosting a cooking show no one asked for. I can't wait for the sizzling to begin! I start smashing the beef into crumbles while pretending I’m stress-relieving from adulthood. It is beautifully browned after about 5 minutes. I heroically drain the grease (without burning myself this time). Victory.
Step 2: Garlic, Spice, and Kitchen Chaos
It's time for the flavor team: red pepper, garlic, and jalapeo. I toss them in and instantly question my life choices when the jalapeño fumes hit my eyes. I stir dramatically for 5 minutes like a professional chef… who has no idea what they’re doing.
Step 3: The Sloppy Symphony
Now, I dump in everything else — tomato sauce, tomato paste, red wine vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire-whatever, mustard powder, salt, and pepper. It looks like a bubbling lava pit, and I love it. I turn the heat down to “lazy simmer” and let it do its thing for 5 minutes while I clean absolutely nothing.
