How we control hypertension with proof

Symptoms

Most people have no sign if blood pressure reaches its dangerously high level.

A couple of individuals with hypertension may have headaches, pains, shortness, or nosebleeds. However, these signs and symptoms aren't explicit and usually don't happen until hypertension has arrived at an extreme or life-threatening stage.

 

Causes

There are two types of high blood pressure.

  • Primary hypertension.

  • Secondary hypertension.

 

1- Primary hypertension

    High blood pressure that doesn't have a known cause is called essential or primary hypertension.

 

2- secondary hypertension has a known cause.

 Various conditions and medications can lead to secondary hypertension, including:

  • Kidney disease

  • Thyroid problems

  • Illegal drugs, such as cocaine and amphetamines

  • Obstructive sleep apnea

  • Certain defects you're born with (congenital) in blood vessels

 

Risk factors

It has many risk factors:

  • Age =  The risk of high blood pressure increases when you are 64; high blood pressure is more common in men. And women develop high blood pressure at the age of 65.

  • Race = High blood pressure is most common in African people, regularly creating at a previous age than it does in whites, severe complications like stroke, heart attack, and kidney failure, it is also most common in African people.

 

  • Using tobacco = Most people take smoking daily; it is perilous because it damages the artery wall. It raises your blood pressure because tobacco contains a chemical that damages the artery wall lining. This can narrow your artery wall and cause the risk of blood diseases.

  • Add too much salt to our diet = Most people take extra salt in our diet. It also causes a risk of high blood pressure.

  • Family history = High blood pressure tends to run in the family.

  • Overweight = If you have heavy, you need more blood to supply oxygen and nutrition in blood tissues. As the amount of blood flow through your blood vessels increase, so does the pressure on your artery wall.

 

  • Stress. High levels of stress can lead to a temporary increase in blood pressure. Stress-related habits such as eating more, using tobacco, or drinking alcohol can lead to further increases in blood pressure.

  • Too little potassium in your eating routine = Potassium helps balance the measure of sodium in your cells. A legitimate equilibrium of potassium is essential for good heart wellbeing. Suppose you don't get sufficient potassium in your eating regimen, or you lose an excess of potassium because of a lack of hydration or other ailments. In that case, sodium can develop in your blood.
