INTRODUCTION
Aloe vera is a magical medicinal plant. It is also known as a doctor in a plot or miracle plant. It can be easily grown. An evergreen perennial originates from the Arabian Peninsula but grows wild in tropical, semitropical, and arid climates around the world. It has leaves that are thick and green in color. It has gel which is in gooey form. Aloe vera is a rich source of antioxidants and vitamins that may protect our skin. It predominantly neutralizes the effects of ultraviolet radiation (UV), repairs our skin from existing UV damages, and helps to remove wrinkles. It is also called Gwarpatha. Aloe vera has 4 of the six Ayurvedic tastes: bitter, stiff, spicy, and sweet. Aloe juice has a balancing effect on all three doshas, but its effect is stronger on pitta dosha. A special component of a sattvic diet.

BENEFITS OF ALOE VERA
1.Relieves sunburn skin
Aloe vera gel or juice is antibacterial and helps to prevent peeling skin. It is a natural plant that is an excellent treatment for sunburn skin. It reduces inflammation(a physical condition in which part of the body gets reddened, hot, painful, or infected), stimulates collagen production, and moisturizes skin; we can reapply it several times a day.
2.Lightens the skin tone and dark circles
When mixed up with rose water, Aloe vera for dark eye circles can slow aging and improve skin tone. It helps in eliminating dark pigmentation and brightening the skin.

STEP1.Take an Aloe Vera leaf.
STEP2.Wash it with clean water.
STEP3.Peel the upper layer of the leaf.
STEP4.Extract pulp from the leaf.
STEP5.Mix the mixture or grind it.
How to prepare mouth wash
1.Take one glass of water(200ml).'
2.Add1 teaspoon glycerine.
3.Add1 teaspoon aloe vera juice.
4.Add 5-6 drops of peppermint oil.
