Elaine Bredehoft is doing everything she can to defend her guilty client. Now, she’s attacking Johnny Depp’s friends. She specifically hates celebrity Marilyn Manson the most.
A lot of drama has been brewing these past few days because the court documents that were kept sealed during the whole defamation trial have finally been revealed to the public. From intimate photos to shocking text messages, these revelations are turning the case upside down. Will the jury’s verdict remain the same after all of these?
The most recent unsealed document is related to American singer-songwriter, Marilyn Manson. It’s a known fact that he and Johnny have been good friends for decades, even with his sketchy background. The two have been close friends since Manson made an appearance as an extra in the 1987 series 21 Jump Street, in which Johnny was the star. They both would guest in random concerts and films together.
Being good friends, Marilyn was a big part of Amber and Johnny’s marriage. He and the actor would message each other all the time and these texts were part of the recently unsealed documents.
In 2016, Marilyn messaged Johnny saying that he got an Amber 2.0. His wife was going crazy to which Johnny replied that the most important thing to do is to stay calm and give what she wants because that’s what narcissists like.
Of course, Amber’s lawyers are weaponizing these text messages, even though they were not allowed to be presented in court.
Marilyn’s name was brought up during the trial itself. Amber’s lawyer questioned Amber about his relationship with Marilyn on his third day of testimony. The Pirates actor never denied their friendship and how they did illegal substances together in the past. His reason for questioning was to prove that Depp’s drug addiction makes his recollection of events unreliable.
Elaine Bredehoft keeps pushing that Johnny Depp and Marilyn Manson would go on drug binges together, including the days before the actress arrived in Australia and the whole Australia incident happened - you know, the dog smuggling, the finger cutting, and the vodka bottle Those things.
This is perfect for Elaine because Marilyn is already on the hot seat. He was problematic when Johnny was trying to be sober. He’s been accused of abusing and grooming his ex-fiance, something similar to what Amber blamed Johnny for doing.
So when more text messages between the celebrities were revealed, Elaine had a field day. Johnny and Marilyn were only talking about what song they’ll be performing at the concert and it was called 18. Amber’s lawyers and supporters are wondering whether the two are advertising 18-year-old girls to men over double their age. They blew it out of proportion.
Johnny’s supporters are saying that they don’t think these are the slam dunks Elaine thinks they are. Her legal team acted like it was a major game changer and were so excited over it, but they’re irrelevant, that’s why they were dismissed in the first place.
This is misleading evidence. The verdict was already given, this won’t change anything.
