The benefits of lifting weights - also called weight training, strength training or resistance training - include stronger muscles, stronger heart, more lean body, longer life, and a body that is better able to support your daily needs and activities. Women, however, often avoid this type of exercise that is beneficial. Ladies, is the mere idea of lifting weights intimidating? "I don't want to lift weights because they will make me bigger and bigger." How many of you have this reason why you have never tried to exercise? It seems like a dream for many men to have big, big muscles. Why, then, do men, whose bodies naturally contain high amounts of testosterone and growth hormone, lift weights but are NOT big and big? It is true! Unless they supplement with harmful and unhealthy steroids or similar substances, most men do not report much weight lifting. And not many women. The idea that women get bigger, worse muscles from weight training is a complete mistake. The reality is that women have to lift weights to get the thin, carved bodies they dream of having. In the event that a woman has a genetic predisposition to rapid ejaculation, there are simple ways to change the exercise to prevent this extra muscle size, while increasing strength and fat burning faster. The idea that lifting weights causes massive muscle cramps is a product of the media. It is true that some weightlifting women take steroids, and these hormones make them look more masculine. A normal weightlifter, however, will simply reach a thin, healthy body without adding unnecessary muscle. Let's start by discussing the basics of weight training ... Weight training involves weight lifting and weight training. Two key words related to lifting weights are “rep” and “set.” The rep describes the complete action of lifting and losing weight during a single exercise routine. A set describes the number of times a particular rep is performed. For example, when a person performs five squats, he squats down and stands up five times, continuously, before standing up and moving on to another activity or completing a workout. Those five squats would be equal to one set. A moderate weight training session will include several sets of different exercises. Your goal as a beginner, intermediate, or advanced weightlifter should be to lose weight in a very short time - that means when you lift weight, you should lift enough weight to finish your muscles doing only 10 - 15 reps. And you should do this exercise pattern about 3 days each week - at least 24 hours of rest after each exercise. Now I'm going to share with you an exercise program that many commercial “buffs” will hate to tell you because this one exercise will do more for your body than almost any other activity around you - making it unnecessary to buy at all. another exercise gadget from late night television too. Before I join you I have to give you a quick statement ... this work should be done (at least initially) under the supervision of a qualified personal trainer, so that you can learn the correct form to use during the movement. This activity will work ALL the muscle in your body, and can make it a secret to your home, without the extra fancy equipment or expensive videos. In fact, this exercise is a basic backbone and will set your internal oven to burn more calories throughout the day than any other exercise we have tested (if done properly). It is called a dead-lift and this is how it is done in terms of fat loss and exercise… FIRST STEP Stand with feet up and slightly apart from shoulder width and toes slightly outward. Jump down with the hips lower than the shoulders and hold the lifting bar (any small object)… at first I strongly suggest you use a little extra weight, so if you bend over to hold something, use a book or other small object. and light weight - just to help you balance. Place your hands on the bar (whatever you choose to lift) slightly below the shoulder width apart, between the knees and the elbows fully extended. Place the bar about 1 inch in front of the pins and over the footballs. HIGHLIGHTS Raise the bar from the floor by stretching the hips and knees. Keep the background straight and flat at all times. Keep elbows fully extended. Keep the bar as close to the machines as possible without hitting or scratching. As the bar passes the knees move the buttocks forward. Keep the body straight in the area of hip extension and full knee. LOW MOVEMENT Allow the hips and knees to bend to lower the bar slightly. Repeat the movement until you have completed the set. Now this may sound confusing a few times when you read it - however, once you have practiced for a day or 2, the movement will be second nature to you and you will begin to feel and see results immediately. Remember that with any new exercise it comes with pain, so start small, and gradually increase your stamina. Gentlemen, I urge you: Stop your preconceived notions about weight training. Do not be afraid. Accept your lifting power! You will gain a lot more from it than just spending hours on that piece of cardio equipment.
