As much as possible, do not give them hints of how much you hate your co-worker or boss. At this point, the interviewer evaluates your attitude. The company wants to hire someone who has the power to be part of their team and not the bad guy who can bring them down.
8. What can you do for our company? Tell them your qualifications related to the position you are applying for. Give them some ways you can help the company grow and produce by sharing your thoughts and ideas. Show them your commitment and your willingness to be part of the company.
9. Why should a company hire you? Basically, the question is about selling yourself. Like the first question, it says something about you. Create a sales statement and have as much detail as possible. Tell them something about what makes you different and what you can offer to the company. Think about your qualifications that you must give to the same as what the employer requires.
10. Where do you see yourself five or ten years from now? In answering this question, you should focus on your career development goals related to the job you are applying for. The interview questions are tricky, and you have to be very careful when answering them. Your future career depends on how you present your answers. Answer correctly, just relax and be yourself.
