I personally remember watching a television documentary many years ago when Yogi was cleaning his sinuses with his bifurcated tongue. Anyone interested in yoga will have seen images of yogis putting heavy weight on their genitals. 

 Much has been learned about the benefits of modern yoga. Yoga practitioners achieve greater mobility, longevity, and inner well-being through the practice of the art. Yoga as we know it today aims to connect the body, mind and spirit. Hindu mysticism is no longer a myth and is available to anyone who is willing to learn.
