So the goals or the work that you set in your mind should be achievable for you. For instance, you are not interested in speaking Spanish, but you are pressuring your mind to do it because you want to talk like your friend. But this isn't going to work for you; your goals define you. Your goals shouldn't be defined by anybody else. It should meet your requirements, resources, and your overall interest in achieving it. So look ahead towards the goals that you love to do and feel are achievable.
4. R for Relevant
The work you do should be vital and should be worth your time and effort. The interest and the trust to do the work should be at the peak, as you confirm that it's your life's path. It would help if you start giving respect to the job, and eventually, things will fall into place.
