How to Weight Lose 100%? make sure you are eating healthy!! remember your mind and body is your temple.

Lose Weight. Workout. You may recall that it’s a common word. It was the easiest way to lose weight in the 1970s and even more recently, the easiest way of maintaining good physical health. That’s exactly what I do with my boyfriend John. (I guess you’d have thought that that’s a typo because I did). As I said before, I am the laziest guy in the universe. But that doesn’t mean I don’t have a workout now and then. The best thing about workouts is that they keep me moving, not only because I want to be active. But also because after such intense activity, I can easily fall into an extended period of slumber or early morning, a few hours later. This phenomenon is usually called “losing weight” for a reason since if your body isn’t burning as many calories as regular people, we are all getting a little bit heavier and more fragile. There’s nothing worse than being obese or having a belly fat percentage that’s 30 percent over the normal weight scale. Losing pounds is easy, but making sure they stay there takes time and effort (which can sometimes turn your workout into quite the challenge). Here are some tips which might help you get started with your workout plan:

1. Pick at least one workout that you enjoy — this will help you feel motivated to exercise regularly.

2. Have both cardio and strength training days for extra stamina, so you can burn off excess fat. (You should go for low-fat meals like fruits or veggies with vegetables, low carbs, and lots of water.)

3. Try working on muscle strength throughout the day. For example, try running and walking instead of biking, swimming, or elliptical machines! The same goes for squats, mountain climbers, and push-ups. Every time I see a man doing any kind of strength exercise, this is the next workout I always try out.

4. If you prefer running on the treadmill rather than stationary bikes, try a different type of exercise. Running on the stairs, downhill hills… All these activities will burn off muscles more efficiently than the usual gym class. Your stomach should be thanking you when you finish up your workout.

5. Don’t forget to take care of your hair! Most importantly, don’t eat too many high-fat foods like soda, pizza, French fries, and chocolates. Good luck with your diet!

6. Finally, make sure you drink plenty of fluid including electrolytes. Avoid caffeine and other stimulants like nicotine, alcohol, and coffee. These things tend to burn off most fatty acids and slow down their metabolism. Drink enough fluid intake to last you through the rest of your week.

So there you go, keep working out and eating healthy. Start with one or two daily exercises and build from there. And by going off the couch and putting on your favorite pair of trainers, you’re almost guaranteed to burn off those pesky calories. Just remember, though, that no matter how hard you work during the workout, you’re never fully done! After all, who likes to exercise?
