How To Warm Up For Your Golf Game In 5 Minutes With Golf Fitness Stretches

It is well-known that in all paid sports, athletes undergo a series of exercises to prepare the game. The game of golf is no different. Unseen to the general public, many PGA Tour players do a series of exercises to prepare for golf. Done before hitting the drive list or setting the green. It is a procedure to make the muscles and body parts fit for a golf club. Most golfers around the world understand the benefits of a warm-up program so that the body is ready to play golf with any sport for that matter. Unfortunately for us the time required to do a comprehensive golf warm-up with a golf exercise is not good. It makes no sense because of the time constraints in our busy lives.

For example, we set our Friday tea time at 1:30. Our plan as we leave the house in the morning is "I'll be at school at 1:00, hit a few putts, roll 10 minutes, head for a class, and be the first one in a few minutes". Unfortunately, our programs sometimes do not play the way we intended.

We get stuck with a customer on the phone, the conference call takes a long time, we get stuck in traffic. In any case, we were caught running to the golf course, arriving at the stadium 10 minutes early, getting out of the car, tying our golf shoes, arriving at the first tee 5 minutes before we were due to strike. gun or put… .Do I need to continue?

Probably not.

It is a state of affairs, and I am just as guilty of it as you are. Yet it is powerful as I suggest doing good warmth, and putting myself in the right frame of mind during the cycle, life sometimes does not allow us to do it.

What should we do in such a situation?

First I would suggest you don’t use John Daly’s motto “grab and tear” when you get to the first tee without warmth. I've seen this (and I'm included) lead to a lot of problems from the get go.

I remember a few years ago I took this approach and I think I did a bogey triple in the first hole. My drive went into a bad spot, the second gun on the right, approaching the green area into the basement, the bunker gun rolled 20 yards through the hole. Do I need to move on?

Suppose I learned my lesson. First of all if you are caught in this kind of situation do not panic. Let's put together a plan to start the cycle on the right foot and keep it in good shape.

My first suggestion is not to rush and try to hit 3 putts, pull out the driver and take a few hacks, then mix.

Let's take the 5 minutes we have and warm up the body and get ready to swim in a golf club. How can we do this? Simply put together a series of golf courses to "liberate" you. Flexible golf exercises will relax your muscles and joints. Preparing them for a swim in a golf club. They are easy to make and can make your body and mind more ready to play than just a few throws with the driver. This will take a few minutes to do, but it will help you prepare your body for the golf club.

When the body is "released" it allows the mind to reach the right place. I have seen many times that the swing tempo is a way out when a golfer does not have time to warm up properly. Try to relax, take a deep breath, and slow down. This should really help create a better tempo for your turn from the start.

Also, take your time. When it's your turn to hit, take more time. Take a few extra throws, relax, find your tempo, and align your first swing with the tempo of your practice swing. This is a tip I learned from Dean Reinmuth (50 Golf Digest tutoring experts).

If you are not comfortable on the ball, take off, take a series of throws until you get a “right” swing and do the same on the golf ball. It has done wonders in my game.

I would also suggest that you continue to take extra time in every shot until you feel comfortable and have found your swing. This may not happen until the second or third hole, but it is okay. It allows you to relax, make good swings, and make good shots.

Lastly, if you are in a hurry I think course management can really help. Think about it for a moment. Why not in the first tee do not remove 3 sticks instead of the driver, even if it is the fifth stage. Take a good photo on the fairway, put it down, and play evenly? Also, starting with a par or a bogey is much better than double or triple, both for your score card and attitude.

So if you are in a hurry for the first tee to further your golf game let's review the rule. First, let's be wise and use the time we have. Let's take 5 minutes to warm up with a golf ball. We will do this through a series of golf flexibility tests. These golf exercises will make your muscles and joints ready to swing a golf club. Once the body is ready the next step takes your time. Take a few extra turns with the golf club. This will allow you to get the tempo of your golf swing. Finally let's be smart about our subject management skills. Think of what golf we can do and play inside of us until our body and mind are ready to go.
