✓You should sit in a chair or another comfortable spot while taking measurements.
✓Next, rest your arm or support it on any table to help ease your discomfort.
✓You must wear the cuff on your left side upper arm, with the tube that is connected to it positioned in front. Since a sensor that measures your blood pressure is attached there.
✓Keep this on mind, while measuring monitoring  device will be placed at your heart level. Then only it shows exact value.Don't flex your arm while measure.

  ✓ If your blood pressure is moderately elevated, you can check it twice a day.
✓When you have high  blood pressure you can monitor 4 times a day.
✓Measure before taking tablets and food, and again 30 minutes to an hour later.
This allows you to better understand your health conditions and, if necessary, indicate the need for hospital treatment.

✓Normal blood pressure for a healthy adult is 120/80mmhg.
It differs depend on age and health criteria,
✓Children ,adolescents,early adults and mostly women have blood pressure range from 100/70mmhg to 120/80mmhg
✓Currently 130/80mmhg considered as normal value.
✓Below 90/70mmhg consider as hypotension /low blood pressure .
✓More than 130/80mmhg considered as hypertension.
