Using Body Language:-
1.Always present yourself neatly:-
Pay attention to how you appear in front of others. Comb your hair before attending any social situation, trim your facial hair, and make sure you wash your face and neck. If you want, use a little makeup and keep it natural for the first impression. Choose a color and style of clothing that complements your figure, but isn't too flashy, short, or inappropriate for the event or meeting you're attending (don't wear a suit to a casual meeting or jeans to a formal event) Don't be
2.Smile
Smiling can help put you in a positive mood, and people are more inclined to approach people who seem friendly and enjoying themselves. However, be careful not to smile immediately upon meeting someone. First, stop and look at the person's face as you greet them, then smile warmly and let that feeling show in your eyes. Doing this will make them feel like you are smiling only after meeting them.
3.Make eye contact
When you make eye contact with someone, it signals that you want to connect and be approachable. If you're interested in someone, make occasional glances at them regardless of who is speaking, showing that you want to see how they react. During the conversation, try to maintain eye contact for as long as is comfortable.
One trick is to pretend that your eyes are glued to the person in front of you with something sticky. Don't break eye contact for a few moments after they finish speaking. Look away slowly and reluctantly, feeling the pull of a sticky substance between your eyes until contact is broken.
Another trick is to count the number of times the person blinks during the conversation.
Keep in mind that people may be uncomfortable with this type of attention. If you notice that the other person is reacting negatively to your behavior or seems nervous, start breaking eye contact more often.
4.Turn your body toward the person
People pay attention to how you react to them. When you meet someone for the first time, turn your body completely towards them so that you are facing them directly. When you turn to someone in this way, it shows the other person that you consider them very special.
5.Don't move too much.
Moving around too often or making repeated hand motions in front of your face can make the other person feel like you're not important or that you're just waiting for the conversation to end. Huh. It can also give the impression that you are not trustworthy. Build your credibility during conversation by keeping your gaze fixed on the person in front of you and without fidgeting, jerking, squinting, tangling your hair, or itching.
6.Maintain an upright posture.
A straight, but comfortable posture can give the impression of confidence. Keep your head high, your shoulders back, and take light steps. Lean forward with self-assurance and poise and sit with your back straight. Don't stare at your feet, don't arch your back too much or arch yourself in front.
One way to do this is to think of it as a leather bit hanging from the ceiling or doorway. Think of it like taking a bite of that leather bit. Doing so will put a smile on your face, keep your posture straight and take the weight off your feet.
7.Imagine everyone you meet as an old friend.
Think of someone you've known for a long time who you care about, and then imagine that person close to you when you meet someone for the first time. Try it. This can make your body and facial expression appear relaxed as well as more open and friendly. As such, your eyebrows will become softer and your smile will appear more natural. Furthermore, when you pretend to like someone, it becomes easier for you to actually start enjoying their company.
8.Pay attention to body signals.
Not only do you want to adopt body language that attracts people to you, but you also need to be able to read other people's body signals. When you start to read people's feelings by observing their facial expressions, posture, etc., then you will learn to react appropriately. People can probably give you signs that they're ready to engage, bored, disagree, or flirt with you, and if you recognize them, you'll know what to do next-
Find a genuine smile. When a person smiles, the corners of his eyes or his eyes narrow and the cheeks will also rise along with the mouth. This is a genuine smile and means the person is enjoying your company.
While sitting or standing, see where the toes of that person are pointed. If the claws are pointed at you, then the person is spending a good amount of time with you. Similarly, if they angle away from you, the person is ready to move out.
While a torso or upper body facing you means the person is engaged with you, turning someone's stomach in the other direction shows that the person may be defensive or may not be enjoying the conversation.
Shaking feet or hands and crossing arms or legs can signal that the person is upset, bored or angry.
9.Make contact.
Get closer and see how the person reacts to it. If he seems tense or nervous, gently increase the space between you. If you notice them being more comfortable or encouraging closeness, touch their arm to create even more positive energy.
