How To Use Autoresponder As A List Building And Prospecting Tool

One of the best things you can do for an automated responder is to respond automatically to anyone who asks for more information about your business.

Then, you will use this feature to help automate your listing and testing process (sometimes up to the registration process), if you do it correctly.

All you have to do is prepare 5 to 7 messages for your business and upload them to your autoresponder response system. Set these messages to be delivered within 2 to 3 days so that anyone who asks for information from you can receive all your messages in a row for 3 weeks.

Then, give a reason why anyone should be on your mailing list.

Here is a brief example of how to make your own autoresponder with 7 messages.

Message # 1: Posted Immediately

In this message, you can thank the people who requested business information for you. Tell a little background about yourself and encourage these people to contact you and ask any questions about your business. Then, leave a link on your MLM website, so they can explore the opportunity for themselves.

Message # 2: Shipped 2 days apart

In this post, explain the benefits of your products and how these products are unique. Leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

Message # 3: Shipped 3 days apart

In this message, tell them about the MLM internet in general and how people make money online with MLM. Then, leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

Message # 4: Sent 2 days separately

In this post, explain the opportunity to make some ongoing and growing revenue for your business. Remind them about the MLM concept you mentioned in your previous email. At the end of your message, leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

Message # 5: Shipped 4 days separately

In this post, let them know how you can help them find success in your MLM online business. Tell them the program you are using and the support team you have. Let them check if your business deserves it. Then, leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

Message # 6: Shipped 2 days apart

In this post, include a few testimonials from happy customers or business partners. Make a point that they can do the same from time to time. Also, leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

Message # 7: Shipped 3 days apart

In this post, ask for their feedback on your MLM online program. Mention that you are conducting a survey on why some people are not open to this type of business, or why they are reluctant to join. You will get positive feedback about the concerns other people have about your program and if these concerns come up again, you can expect some answers you can give to people they trust. Lastly, leave a link to your MLM website and encourage them to contact you.

These are just sample email templates that you can write and upload to your autoresponder system. They do not have to be in the same category as the above, and they should not be the only 7 of them. You can write as much as you like about any of your favorite subjects. However, be aware that for every email message you write, you want to conclude with a work call to visit your MLM website or contact you for more information. A good MLM website, with a copy of direct sales, can make you a business presentation and be able to register these prospects without telling them how to join your business.

Don't be surprised if people subscribe to your group before contacting you personally. On the Internet, it is possible.

Now that your messages have been uploaded to your autoresponder system, you want to inform more people about your opportunity. But, before that, you need to give a reason why these people should ask for more information from you and be on your mailing list.
