Tired? Tired of getting tired? You are not alone. Few human qualities are in greater demand than power. It determines our ability to enjoy life, attract partners, complete projects, protect our families, shape our bodies successfully, and much more.
While some endless suggestions on herbs, exercise, meditation, supplements, relaxation patterns, and more, I can say the most important and most inclusive things are simple and available to anyone with initial interest.
Basically, your energy level will be controlled by three physical and one mental faculty.
A) Eligibility. Several different things contribute to a quality called “physical fitness,” but few are straightforward.
1) Physical fitness. A minimum deadline of twenty-three minutes a week to stay in the game. If you want to create a quick, dynamic change, try forty minutes four times a week. The mobility is great enough if you live in an “aerobic environment” that can be described as a level of effort where you can sing but still speak!
2) Physical indicator. Unwanted weight is like a sack of wet cement tied around your back. It consumes energy like madness. No matter what anyone says or does, there is only one basic way to lose fat: to change the calorie intake used in calories. Generally, this requires ALL discipline to end. Fat loss is a two-headed snake. If you eat but do not exercise, your body can slow down crawling, limiting your success. And if you exercise but don't eat sensibly, well, a pound of fat has 3500 calories. Running hour burns only 350 calories. Do the math.
3) Flexibility. Often overlooked in the search for strength, flexibility is a measure of tension in the body. A strong body is like a car with its brakes on. Imagine how much electricity your car will waste !! That gas is your power when you carry unnecessary tension. Most stretching activities are not a matter of "stretching" muscles, tendons, or muscles rather than learning how to communicate with your body, so you learn to breathe into an argument.
4) Power. Contrary to popular belief, the power of the mind is much greater than that of the body. It is a matter of lifting, concentrating, and controlling pleasure even more than the “size” of the muscles involved. At the body level, it is a matter of the percentage of your muscle fibers that you can use simultaneously. Weight training, or exercises such as the Hindu Pushups and Hindu Squats, are great ways to increase strength, making physical activity much easier and less tiring.
B) Food control. Critical factor. Note that I did not say "food." At this point, we all fully understand that foods do not work.
5) Body-mass index. Unneeded weight is like a sack of wet cement strapped to your back. It eats up energy like crazy. Regardless of what anyone says or implies, there is only one basic way to lose fat: to change the ratio of calories consumed to calories burned. In general, this requires discipline on BOTH ends. Fat loss is a two-headed snake. If your diet doesn’t exercise, your metabolism can slow down to a crawl, denying you success. And if you exercise but don’t eat sensibly, well, a pound of fat has about 3500 calories. An hour of running only burns about 350 calories. Do the math.
