How to "Treat your skin and hair with kindness and patience"

Skincare

Sarah uses a few favorite skincare products to keep her complexion radiant. The model tells Instep, "I adore Caudally, Beauty Elixir facial spray. It has a wonderful scent and is moisturizing and relaxing. Because it's the only moisturizer I've found that is sufficiently nourishing without causing me to break out, I also adore Kiel Ultra Facial Cream.

ER morning regimen consists of spritzing water on her face, followed by the application of moisturizer and sunscreen. I spray the Caudally, Beauty Elixir and reapply moisturizer if my skin feels dry or irritated over the day, she explains. She moisturizes and double-cleanses her face at night, especially if she is wearing makeup. I'll apply a Caudally, clay mask as well. Every week, she continues.

Haircare

Sarah seems to use Bumble & Bumble to keep her gorgeous locks. She exclaims, The Bumble & Bumble Invisible Oil primer is unquestionably a holy grail. It serves as sunscreen for my hair and blocks UV radiation! I really adore the Kérastase Masque Extensionist which is made especially for long hair and is nourishing without being overpowering. When my scalp feels dry and irritated, I also appreciate Fable and Mane's scalp serum, since it works well.

Sarah attempts to keep her hair in a braid at all times, especially before going to bed, and she uses the Invisible Oil Primer every day. "I use castor oil to condition my hair before I wash it (once a week), and if my scalp feels itchy, I use it as well." I'll apply the Fable and Mane scalp serum. Every time I wash my hair, I use a hair mask, she says.

She alternates between Bread Beauty and the Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil line of shampoos. You guessed it: Bumble & Bumble is also the conditioner of her choice. But the model clarifies that she considers more than just costs and brand names; she also considers what is actually contained in the goods. When I buy new items, I do a lot of research and am quite particular. I've tried very costly and less expensive shampoos that had a lot of smell and harsh ingredients that irritated my scalp and resulted in hair loss. The brand doesn't matter as much as the formulation.

Bodycare

But using the right products isn't the only factor in having beautiful skin and strong hair. Eating right, exercising, getting adequate sleep, and avoiding heat and sun damage," she advises, is the key.

I don't like to overthink my eating or exercise routine, she admits. That ultimately serves no useful use. I strive to make vegetables, legumes, and poultry the bulk of my diet. I don't eat a lot of sweet things, but I do enjoy savory foods, especially pastries. Regarding fitness, I adore yoga and have lately started dancing!

The model also offers some further beauty advice, advising people to "ALWAYS remove their makeup and sunscreen at the end of the day."

You don't need a tonne of products or a complicated routine; instead of replicating what you see on social media or robbing Sephora, pay attention to how your skin and hair feel.
