I always advocate self-care as the first step in preventing and treating health problems. When it comes to breast health, the importance of self-care is a message I can't fully share. It's great to see the Pink Ribbon everywhere in October during the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month! If I wish, each pink ribbon will carry an additional important message for women.
The message looks like this: "Now, with a few simple lifestyle changes, you can improve your breast health and reduce your risk of breast cancer." Factors, yes. But more and more studies are telling us that through diet, exercise and weight management, women can really make a difference in breast health.
There was a time when breast cancer was considered a horrific disease. But now things have changed. If you catch it early, you can easily treat it. Resecting the breast during treatment for breast cancer is one of the most painful things you have to experience. It may not be the same for all patients. Breast cancer can be treated very easily as you become more knowledgeable about treatments and treatments.
Breast cancer occurs when breast cells, called tumors, grow out of control, damage surrounding tissues, and spread everywhere. These cancerous tumors are called malignant tumors and cause a lot of damage to the body. Tumors may not be easy to detect by self-examination because they take time to grow.
However, these can be detected in the mammogram.
Best Treatment for Breast Cancer – Early Detection. When cancer is detected, it makes it easier for your doctor and you to fight it. By the age of 20, all women should start a breast self-examination (BSE). This is one of the easiest and earliest ways to detect cancer. These tests should be done a few days after your period. This check should be performed at least once a month. A breast clinical examination should be done at least once a year.
