How to to be More conscious about your Health.

NOTE:- I'M NOT A Certified physician, the tips given below are totally based on my personal experiences. Hoping it might help you. 

    We all know that health is our wealth. But at this present day we all are getting too much busy with our life, with our works, or things which we are crazily want in our life, Yeah. That is ok but, at the same time, we have to think about our health, have to take care of ourselves.

      If you are a student, an office worker, a determined parent or whatever you are, and you think that you need to be more conscious with your health, then this article is for you. I hope you found it useful., 

      Nowadays, we all try to live our lifestyle healthy, freshly, and we are more or less concern about health. The tips given below, will help you to become energetic, overcome laziness, lethargy, serious health problem issues.

1) Wake up on Time:-

         Early to bed early to rise, this quotation we being listened from our childhood, but yeah. Found it really hard to wake up early. Early riser are often thought of as energetic problem-solvers leading business, organizations, or sometimes even nations. Ever wondered how a morning person can be much done in only 24....

Night owl may disagree. They may argue that it's possible to get extra work done at the end of the day. While, this may be true for some, the vast majority of us are conditioned to be most energetic during the early hours of the day.

 

2) Meditate:-

          Meditation is one of the most important thing we must have to follow daily. There might recommendation of doing meditation for 60 minutes daily but, it is hard to manage time. If possible, then try to meditate at least for 15 minutes a day after waking up. Meditation is a way to relieve stress at the mental level and help us have a healthy mind. It promotes self-awareness, removing negative emotions, building skills to manage your stress, increasing imagination and creativity, control anxiety, lengthens attention span, promotes emotional health, may reduce age-related memory loss, and also can generate kindness.

 

3) Do Yoga:-

          It's no secret that yoga has multiple health benefits—

          Mentally, physically, spiritually. After all, yoga has been around for quite some time now. Its origin can be traced all the way back to India some 5000 years ago, when it was first mentioned in the ancient sacred text Rig Veda, according to Google arts and culture. Yoga is all about holding and moving between different postures, which vary depending on the type of yoga you practice. Both slow movements and deep-breathing exercises in yoga boost blood flow and warm up your muscles. Not only can that make you stronger over time, but it can improve your balance. 

4) Stay Hydrated:-

            Doctor's often recommend 8 glass of water a day,  but if you find it hard, then try at least 6 glass of water a day. Drinking enough water each day is crucial for many reasons : to regulate body temperature, keeps joins lubricated, prevent infections delivers nutrient to cell and keep organs functioning well properly. Being well hydrated also improves sleep quality, cognition and mood. Water maintains your metabolism process, neutralize your body weight and also makes your skin glow. You can also try coconut water also.

5) Take Meals on Time:-

               If possible, then make a timetable regarding your entire day. Your breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, and your dinner and follow this efficiently. Because, if you don't fuel your body, it will not be able to sustain the metabolic rate. The time at which you eat your food also determines your metabolism. As the day passes, your metabolism slows down. Thus, it is important to have your dinner at the latest by 8pm for easy digestion. 

             End your day forgiving everyone, make a to-do list for the next day. Thanks, God, for completing a whole day with his grace. Go to bed with better hope for the next day.
