how to The Bug Stops Here

With the growing concern of West Nile Virus and Lymes, many people spray and apply insect repellent. Many trade-offs contain hazardous chemicals that must be used with extreme caution. Someone told a story about what happened while on vacation at the beach. The parent used DEET pesticide on his 2-year-old child. The child fainted within minutes of applying and was rushed to the hospital where he was resuscitated. The baby was lucky because others had died of it. Remember, whatever you put on your skin keeps in your bloodstream. The popular estrogen, birth control, and nicotine patch have proven that without a doubt. The commercial use of toxic substances can cause sudden death in an adult, but like any toxin, it accumulates in our muscles and organs, especially our liver. Our livers are full of poison and this is the one that can be easily avoided. There are natural insect repellents that repel mosquitoes, ticks, and other bedbugs. They contain various essential oils that are safe and effective. This is another healthy alternative because essential oils contain many nutrients. Essential oils are known for their insect repellent citronella, tea tree, cedarwood, eucalyptus, lemongrass, orange, rosemary, clove, oregano, and peppermint. Sometimes I make my combination, but lately, I've been making them and they work very well. If you have any of these essential oils at home and need immediate expulsion, add 20 drops of essential oil (single or mixed) to one teaspoon of olive oil, jojoba, almond, or coconut and apply it. You can also apply it to an unmixed lotion. If a person is already bitten, I have never found anything better than tei fu an essential oil mixture that quickly removes itching, pain, and swelling on the floor. Some people are insects. There is usually at least one person present at outdoor events who slaps them alive, while no one else. Either they wear too much cologne or they may be deficient in B vitamins, especially Thiamine (B1). It is not recommended to take only one B vitamin B as it can cause an imbalance in the body. Good quality B complex is advised. When the body has a sufficient amount of B vitamins, odors are released through the disposal of bedbugs. No one else can smell it, thank you. A person can also eat foods high in thiamine. Help yourself with large portions of brown rice, brewer's yeast, black strap molasses, wheat germ, and fish (yum yum). Eating garlic also provides a natural repellent, but it can also repel more insects. In contrast, eating sugar not only depletes our B vitamins but also produces an unmistakable aroma that attracts biting bugs. Drinking alcohol also depletes B vitamins and causes the blood vessels to dilate, thus attracting mosquitoes and flies. Do not forget about pets. There are natural antioxidants and sweet brewer's yeast and garlic formula available for sprinkling on their food. I hope this helps. Have a safe and happy summer.
