How to tackle loneliness in the best way?

Alone yet satisfied and happy!

We think that being alone is bad or there's something wrong with our own self.

If we learn to live happily being alone, then surely we can live happily with others. Being alone means there's no person with you or an object, e.g., your phone, laptop, or another addictive thing.

Because of this, we are getting connected to the people, but we are actually getting apart from our inner self. Through phones, we are just showing off that we are happy, but actually, we are not.

These concepts will help you enhance the thought of being alone and how you can stay happy.

Many people get into depression because they think that being alone is bad. But you should understand that being alone helps you fight your negative feelings and yet help you stay motivated all the time.

For instance, just go to a place where you are alone and don't carry your phone with you. Sit there for an hour, and you will realize how alone you are. You won't feel like getting off from there.

If you get bored sitting for one hour, it means you cannot sit with yourself even for one hour. That means how boring you are. But if you don't feel boring, that means you have something interesting in you.

Difference between Loneliness and Solitude

Loneliness is a negative term that means something is missing in our lives, and solitude is a positive term. When we are fulfilled being alone and we don't have any object near us but still we are happy alone that is a state of solitude.

The root of possessiveness is the loneliness that we don't let someone go away from us.

You have to decide whether you want to get connected to the universe or already connected to it. Deep within, you are connected with yourself, and you are absolutely safe, absolutely stable, absolutely secure, so even if someone comes into your life or goes away, you don't care.

Because you are connected to yourself, and that's why you are happy. When this thing comes from within, then no one leaves that type of person. Only that person can give you a freedom that is actually free.

Now, what do you mean by achieving solitude...??

Achieving solitude

It starts when you realize two things deeply, i.e., one is how My life is going now and how I want to change it; it's all about changing your so-called mind. The other is to accept the fact of solitude that you are suffering.

How to understand what solitude is...? The start of solitude is concentration.

What is concentration?

We don't have to do concentration, but we have to give concentration.

For instance, in the rainy season, go out into the rain and enjoy it while raining. If you just get wet in the rain and come back indoors, it's of no meaning. Instead, you should sit in the rain and feel it by letting the drops enter you.

Imagine that the clouds form into raindrops and fall, collect them on your palm, and drink them. Feel that you are touching the cloud or drinking it indirectly. When you will do this, you are fully able to meditate.

This is the starting point of solitude, i.e., concentration and meditation.

The best way to meditate:

Meditation feels like it's easy to do, but in actual it's not that easy. You need to clear your mind thoughts to be able to meditate in the right way. Meditation has unique healing powers in it.

At first, it'll be difficult to meditate properly. So start meditating for 10-15 minutes daily in a peaceful environment, maybe in a room where no one will disturb you.

Once you practice it, you'll be able to meditate anytime and anywhere.

The best way is to listen to some great effective meditation music that will help you concentrate properly.

Last but not least, these concepts will help you be happy and love yourself just the way you are. You have the capability of loving others only if you love yourself.
