Before the class is started, try to overlook today’s topic at least.
Whenever the online class is running that time, make sure you are sitting in a quiet place.
While you are in class, make a running note for yourself.
Try to reply to your teacher all time.
Request your teacher to make recordings of your lecture for the betterment of you and yourself.
Try to switch on your camera while you are in class. To monitor yourself.

If you are doing your online class in this way, 75% of the work is done. Here is your understanding work is complete.

After the class is finished, you have to scan your running notes. To memories yourself.

If your teacher gives you an assignment, try to solve it based on your notes and your own after that, you may be trying for your textbook or other material.

Try to implement/apply all these pieces of knowledge to your daily life, sometimes try to teach your younger ones; if there are no younger ones, then teach to a mirror.
