How to stop the hair loss

I have always feared these two words since I genuinely adore my hair.

However, I seem to be losing a lot of hair lately. I now have to always wear my hair up in a bun when I'm at home because if I don't, my hair will end up in every room I enter. Sometimes I wonder if I'm a real human or some type of animal that sheds hair!

Joking aside, I believe that my own negligence is the primary cause of my hair loss problem. I don't often oil them, so they don't receive any nutrition and deteriorate from the ground up. Maintaining healthy hair requires regular hair oiling.

According to the analysis, minoxidil may also be used by physicians to treat hair loss resulting from other conditions like chemotherapy. According to the review's authors, further studies on minoxidil may be helpful.

Another prescription treatment for scalp hair loss is finasteride, also known as Propecia. It can be used topically or consumed internally.

A clinical study scheduled for 2021According to Trusted Source, 323 men with pattern baldness who used a topical finasteride spray solution saw a significant increase in their hair count.
