1-Cut Back on Sugars and Starches

Use These Sweeteners Instead of Sugar, like stevia, as it is not digested by the body, and it excreted out as such. Ask for sautéed vegetables instead of potatoes or bread. (PORTION CONTROL IS MUST)

6  Drink green tea atleast once a day

7  sleep ( recovery is the key to weightloss) for 7-8 hours. 

In all weightloss should not be a short term goal but a lifestyle and the number on the weighing scale should not be a criteria for a healthy lifestyle. Every body is different everybody's functioning is different so one must therefore be confident in their skin no matter what!
