How to start meditation

By following some very simple rules, you can easily get lost in the depths of meditation. You can use the power of meditation to save the health of the body, to develop talent, to solve potential crises, to implement future plans, to spread the impenetrable consciousness.

As an initial preparation for meditation you should choose a quiet secluded place where you can spend some time on your own.

Simply sit down first. The way you feel comfortable sitting. This means you can sit on the floor, or bed  you can sit in a chair. Before you start, think of any ''of'' your happy events or memories. Think of a bliss. Now close your eyes lightly.

Slowly, let the two eyelids stick together. Now take a deep breath through the nose. Slowly exhale through the mouth. As you breathe, you may think that endless vital energy is entering your body from nature. And as you exhale, you may think that all the pollutants in the body are going out with the air.

Now slowly inhale through the nose for a while, slowly exhale through the nose. Now focus on the breath.

Imagine for a second you were transposed into the karmic driven world of Earl. Let the wind come and go normally. You just pay attention to the breath. After taking a few breaths and exhaling in this way, you will feel that your body is getting relaxed.

Now imagine a wonderful natural environment that will fill your mind with peace / joy just by imagining it. It can be called the home of your mind. At that level, you can fully utilize the brain to implement any welfare plan of the mind.

For example, you can say in your mind, from now on my memory will increase. Confidence and courage will increase. My attention will increase. Body and mind will always be healthy. Now it's time to wake up.

Sometimes it can be 10/15 or 20 minutes.

Spending a wonderful state of mind will bring you back to reality from meditation.

The best time to meditate is in the morning, especially between 4 and 5 in the morning. This does not mean that you cannot meditate after 5 o'clock, in fact everyone wakes up after 5 o'clock so that the calm atmosphere of the morning is not available.

It is better to do a little physical work before meditating. Meditation, especially after yoga or exercise, increases concentration. Increasing concentration is the main goal of meditation. However, meditation should always be done on an empty stomach.

Now when you meditate, various thoughts will come to your mind, so always try to think about a particular subject (god or something good) or try to think empty. Those who are meditating for the first time will find that the mind becomes restless again and again, and it is not possible to think about a particular subject, again if you sit for two minutes you will feel as if you have been sitting for ten minutes. It happens to everyone. In this case I would say be patient but do not force. Instead, meditate on the rules every day, and you will see that you can easily meditate for 10 to 15 minutes. If you have difficulty at first, start counting backwards from 100.
