How to safe your body from diabetes?

What is diabetes?  Why is that?  It is the way of survival.

 What is diabetes?

According to the World Health Organization, the number of people with diabetes in 1980 was about 11 million.  In 2014, it increased to more than 42 crores.

In 1980, the rate of diabetes among people over the age of 18 was less than 5 percent, but in 2014, their number increased to 6 decades 5 percent.

The name of diabetes is heard all the time now. Do we really know what diabetes is?  Diabetes is a metabolic disease.  A complete or relative deficiency of a hormone called insulin in our body causes metabolic disorders that increase glucose in the blood. At one point, it is excreted in the urine.  This overall condition is called diabetes.  Diabetes is not a contagious disease.

 Types of diabetes

There are four main types of diabetes.

 A) Type 1 (Type 1) - Insulin is not produced in the body of such patients at all.  This type of diabetes is usually seen in people under 30 years of age (average age is 10-20 years).  Such a patient has to take insulin to stay healthy.  Such patients are usually farmers.

 B) Type 2 (Type 2) - This class of patients is mostly above thirty years.  However, the number of such patients under the age of thirty is increasing day by day.  In such patients, the body produces insulin, but it is not enough, or the body's insulin efficiency is reduced.  Many times these two types of causes can occur simultaneously.  Such patients are not insulin-dependent.  In many cases, it is possible to treat them with changes in diet and regular exercise.  Such patients are obese in most cases.

 C) Classes based on other specific factors-

Decreased insulin production due to genetics
Decreased effectiveness of insulin due to genetic factors
 Various diseases of the pancreas
 Excess of other hormones
 Exposure to drugs and chemicals
 Infectious disease
 Complications of any other resistance
Such patients are debilitated and malnourished and can survive many days without insulin.  This type of patient is under 30 years of age.

 D) Gestational diabetes Many times, gestational diabetes is diagnosed during pregnancy.  Again, there is no diabetes after delivery.  This type of complication is called gestational diabetes.  Diabetes in pregnant women can be dangerous for pregnant women, fetuses, mothers, and newborns.  To avoid the danger, it is necessary to control diabetes during pregnancy with insulin.  Such patients need to be delivered to a maternity hospital.

 Why is diabetes?

When we eat food, our body breaks down the sugar in that food into sugar (glucose).  The hormone insulin secreted from the pancreas directs the cells in our body to absorb sugar.  This sugar acts as fuel or energy for the body.

Diabetes occurs when the body cannot make insulin, or it does not work properly.  And as a result, sugar starts to accumulate in the blood.

 Ways to Survive Diabetes

At present, the number of people who have diabetes is more than 42 crore.  That's four times more than 30 years ago, according to the World Health Organization.

Diabetes cannot be completely cured or cured.  However, it is possible to control the disease completely, and the doctor can help the patient in this regard.  Recently Argon Pharmaceuticals (AYU) has been providing perfect treatment in controlling diabetes.
