How to safe and clean your eyes properly?

Round eyes are always protected due to positional reasons.  As far as can be seen from the outside, the seppuku is covered with eyelids.  In addition, eyelashes and ivory protect the eyes from dust and dirt.  Tears usually keep the eyes healthy by washing and destroying dust and germs.
What else can you do to keep your eyes open:
 Proper use of light
The eyes can absorb any light in a short time.  But reading and other activities should not be done in low light or bright light to keep the eyes well.  It is better not to see the sunlight directly during the day.  The light of the tube light at night is comfortable for the eyes.  When studying in the light of a table lamp, it is better to place the lamp on the wall and read in the reflected light.

 Watching TV
While watching TV, you should watch TV by lighting a tube light or a 40 or 60-watt bulb with a shade on the back wall of the TV.  It is not right to watch TV in a completely dark room.  Doors or windows that reflect light on the TV screen during the day should be kept closed.  You should usually watch TV from a distance of 10 feet.  However, you should not watch TV from a distance of fewer than six feet.  When watching TV of different sizes, big and small, different distances have to be maintained.  It is better not to look at jerky, trembling pictures, and ghostly shadows.  You have to watch TV with color, brightness, and contrast on color TV.  You should not watch TV for a long time continuously; watching TV with occasional breaks is good for the eyes.

 Use of cosmetics
Cosmetics are harmful to the eyes.  Excessive use of cosmetics in the eyes increases the risk of allergic conjunctivitis, blepharitis, stains, etc.
If you have dandruff on your head, you should use dandruff shampoo twice a week to keep your head free from dandruff.  Otherwise, blepharitis can occur in the eyes due to dandruff.

 Dusty and polluted environment
Every day at the end of work, the eyes should be washed well with cold and clean water.
The ultraviolet rays of sunlight are the enemy of the eye.  So it is better to stay away from sunlight.  Sunglasses should be worn when in the sun.  For those who have to wear glasses, it will be comfortable to use photochromatic lenses.  For patients with conjunctivitis, corneal ulcers, and iritis, it is important to use black glasses after cataract surgery.
To keep the eyes well, it is better to wash the eyes well with cold and clean water before going to bed every day.

 Eye care during various diseases
Children need special care for measles, chickenpox, whooping cough, diarrhea, etc.  There is a risk of eye damage if these diseases are not treated properly.
Patients with diabetes and high blood pressure are at risk of permanent eye damage if not treated at the right time.  If diabetes is uncontrolled for a long time, diabetic retinopathy can occur in the eyes.  It is possible to keep a good eye if you can control diabetes or blood pressure regularly and correctly in these diseases.

 Use of glasses
Those who need spectacles must wear spectacles as per the doctor's advice.
Naturally, from the age of 40, it isn't easy to study and see things nearby.  At this time, many people use their own readymade glasses, which is harmful to the eyes.  Be sure to have your eyes checked by an ophthalmologist and wear the necessary glasses.  Again, many people think that if you use glasses at this time, you will have to use glasses for the rest of your life.  So do not wear glasses.  At this time, if you use glasses, your eyes will be better, or you will feel pressure to study or see things nearby.  This stress tends to damage the eyes.  Glasses should be kept clean at all times.  Opaque and cracked lenses should not be used.

Suddenly something fell in my eyes.
Several things can be noticed, such as dust, insects, small bricks, or small pieces of wood.  Due to all these, the eyes are itchy. First, water constantly falls on the eyes, it irritates the eyes when you look at them, and if you keep your eyes closed, it becomes comfortable, and the eyes become red.  If not removed quickly, rubbing the dirt into the cornea can cause severe damage to the eyes, and it is not uncommon for the eyes to become blind at one stage of the damage.  If you feel this way, everyone, especially children, rubbing or scratching their eyes very often, such a thing can not be done at all.  If you see something easy to see, you should try to gently pull out the cotton buds or cotton with the help of others.
