Open QuickBooks and move to the 'File' menu.
Select 'Utility' and then choose 'Move QuickBooks to another computer.'
Now, click on 'I'm Ready.'
Make a complex password and write it down so that you can use it later.

Step 2: Steps to Perform On the New Computer

Follow the below steps on the new computer.

Insert the USB drive into your new computer, and the Migrator Tool will not open because of Windows security restrictions.
Open the USB flash drive's files on the computer, and double-click the file named Move_QuickBooks.bat.
You need to enter the password that you wrote down in Step 1.
After entering the password, click on 'Let's go.'
