To recover from a loss, one has to go through the power of grief.
Grief is a terrible and wonderful thing. It hurts like hell.
When it is very deep, but it frees us from the past and sets us free to create a new life as a whole, whole person.
I felt it was enough to get through the sad process as soon as possible. I opened all the pain, felt it consciously, until the pain melted away from my tears.
As it melted away I found myself releasing my energy to create new life.
Every loss we go through gives us the wisdom to make a new and better life. We can recognize the changes we want to make in the future.
For example, if the relationship you lost is connecting you with an important person, now the relationship you want is with someone more supportive, gentle, and understanding.
As I let my grief work on my emotions, I found myself able to focus on the future I wanted to experience instead of focusing on my own loss. ۔
Completely saddened by my loss freed me from the power to move forward in joy.
Moving forward is a wonderful thing.
It is like being reborn and starting life with infinite possibilities in front of you. Whatever your heart desires is possible.
Before the grief goes away, however, what we wait for seems pale in comparison to what we are losing.
Allowing myself to be completely sad, the grief slowly subsided enough to allow the rays of hope to flow into my heart once again.
In the light of hope, I focused on my intention for the life without which I wanted to live.
It was pretty much what I was working on creating before I went through my losses, but now it has added me to something new.
When I was in deficit, I lost all interest in creating the future because I only wanted what I didn't have.
When I was freed from the darkness of my sorrow, my heart lost its attachment to the past, and the hope of a brighter future from the past that I had left behind.
It's hard to grieve, but enduring the beatings proves that you are stronger than that.
This is the price we must pay for a sense of openness to salvation and a better life
Grief comes in waves.
In the early stages of loss the waves of grief take you down and they last longer. Slowly, with complete sadness, the waves pass quickly and they do not take you down.
You can tell when the wave of grief has passed when starting to feel like fun.
It's like having a baby in a candy store.
You can see in your heart what your heart wants and you can trust.
That what you want is coming to you.
We create our new life with the power of consciousness. Awareness of what you want connects you to what you want.
Feeling cut off from what you want separates you from what you want,
And it's the kind of negative thinking that dissolves grief.
There are basically three steps to get started.
1 Landing in the dark
2 Walking in the middle
3 To create in the light of hope.
As the darkness gradually fades away from grief, we realize that we can spend as much time as possible living in the present, in a peaceful state between the past and the future.
Over time, the peace of the second phase paves the way for the ability to look forward with hope.
You can see what you want and you are sure you can get it.
If you try to create too fast, the darkness stands like a wall and sends you back to the sad state.
Self-awareness is the key to getting started quickly and easily. Focus on how you feel.
When you feel completely pulled in the past, be completely sad.
As you feel less and less attracted to the past, live in the present with peace of mind. Try to make your life anew by thinking about what you want.
If you feel any pain in your heart, go back to the present, or be sad.
