Most people panic when they suddenly turn around. What if you did you have an incredible change in your life? If so, what lessons did you learn? Think of your solution when I decide how to respond when things suddenly go back. There is no doubt that these experiences can be stressful, especially if we are not prepared. It may be that our foundations sink earlier than ours, and the future is uncertain. But this is only an initial response and is rarely eliminated. The principle of sudden life, depending on our circumstances, can push us into a new future that we never imagined. Let me explain the use of non-public examples. I have written about how I have mastered three sudden changes in my life in the past. The first lost a father due to a long illness. The second turning point is diagnosed with a life-threatening disease. There were 0.33 games when I changed my profession from menswear trend to writer, speaker and coach. Now I don’t expect this experience to happen, I will be here to write about it. One of the components that I know is that the game was not as harmful as expected, but we were determined to make it the most important thing. I have experienced various challenges and challenges in my life since then. It became my turning point to awaken the resilience of the spirit and the strength of man, which I never knew. In short, the fact that our problems turn our weaknesses into strengths doesn’t kill you. We didn’t know anything about ourselves until they proposed our character. For example, if a man or woman loses a father or mother or a loved one due to illness, the blow can be long. I can’t hold the fact that my father had died two years ago because of painful memories in the sanatorium before. But things become easy. Life goes on and if we are compassionate to ourselves, we can overcome these difficulties and be gentle in these difficult places. Everything seems to soften us through our problems. Do you agree? Can you overcome any challenges? If so, how can you cope, despite recent injuries? As long as you challenge with curiosity and openness How life should respond when suddenly life changes, determine our future path. If we continue our pain and suffering, we will be imprisoned for our injuries. I’m not saying you don’t have to suffer anymore. I’m telling you - it’s a scary place. Instead of pushing these ideas on the carpet, we should let these ideas pass us by. In this way, when life principles take a surprising turn, fully experience your emotions and respond to your challenges. This will help you go through the journey and take your lifestyle to the next destination. I guarantee you, it will be easier when you travel for failure, disappointment or loss. It doesn’t mean you don’t rise in pain and frustration, you only increase your endurance to pull it every time. Every person has their own pain limits. What one character considers painful can be trouble for another. Over the years, I have seen that through writing and teaching, we can expand our endurance muscles with the help of challenges and challenges. Now, I am not stating that we deliberately resist the temptation that existence will cause this trouble. I advise you to respond satisfactorily and welcome our problems with curiosity and openness. The curiosity that I express is to awaken ourselves to the greatest. I don’t know the exact story, but if we’re talking about coffee, you have questions about how to deal with a job that is positive, current, or failed. So, I would answer: instead of trying to eliminate it, explain what happened. Avoiding pain is no longer a drug to heal and change. In fact, the gathering place of rocks from the bottom of a mountain is like a migration; it takes everything in its stride. When we put the necessary life lessons, the same thing happens. Even if we temporarily eliminate the cancer, eventually it will come back, such a sound that is screaming and paralyzed. So with that in mind, I invite you to think about the incredible changes that you are experiencing. If you had to write 5 main lessons, what would it be? How do you incorporate this experience into your life? For example, one of the lessons I learned from the loss of my father is that I am grateful to myself and to others. In fact, that’s the strongest and why I haven’t changed. Therefore,
