After the vaccination of adults, now the preparation for the vaccination of kids has been completed. Omicron cases are continuously increasing in India and a couple of other countries for the past few days, and this is often a third wave warning. Children are being affected the foremost by this wave, and this is often a very worrying thing. On 25 December 2021, Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced through a gathering that from January 3, 2022, the covid Vaccination process of kids would start across the country. Children can book slots within the Co-WIN app with their ID cards. Covid-19 registration of kids will start from January 1, 2022. It will be given across the country within the Co-WIN app.
The full procedure of registration is here:
- First, attend Co-WIN.in on your browser and click on the register button.
- After filling up your mobile number here, you will get an OTP on this mobile number and refill.
- The number of users registered on this mobile number are getting to be visible there and under the same, the selection of add member are getting to tend, click there on.
- After filling up your personal information here, you will see Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Unique ID and Student Photo ID Card within the photo ID proof below, out of which you've to select Aadhaar Card or Student Photo ID Card.
- Now, after you're registered, you've to book a schedule for vaccination that clicking on the Schedule button.
- Now by going to Book Appointment for dose. If you recognize the PIN, then you'll search by it or, you'll search directly with Search by District.
- After booking the time and slot, click on the confirm button.
- Now, you will be able to download your Appointment for vaccination. After downloading it, keep it in a safe app.
- You will see a secret code written in your Appointment certificate, and you have to give it to the vaccination center.
Different CVCs are made in several states to vaccination for kids and there will be 2 teams in one center and vaccination are getting to be done keeping in mind the whole guidelines of Covid-19. Children 15 to 18 years aged who are born in 2007 or less are getting to tend the vaccine. Union Health Ministry has declared Bharat Biotech Vaccine only for 15 to 18-year-old children. Only it'll be available for teenagers. After taking the last dose, you will get another dose after 28 days. According to the Health Ministry of India, 90 per cent of the person has taken the first dose and 65 per cent of the person has taken the second dose.100% first dose vaccination has been exhausted in 11 states of India. If you're between 15 and 18 years aged, then go offline soon by registering for online vaccination and obtaining the vaccine at your nearest CVC. If you can not register yourself then, go offline on vaccination centers where you will be registered by vaccine's employees. So, register your child in Co-WIN app as soon as possible because due to third wave Covid-19, our children can be affected.
