1. MAKE A STUDY PLAN
Firstly, you have to make a timetable by yourself which you feel more comfortable with. Then you should regularly check your study and make sure that you are moving accordingly to your timetable. In this way, you can move with your studies systematically, thus not giving you over-stress or anxiety about exams.
2. KEEP DISTANCE FROM SOCIAL MEDIA TO AVOID DISTRACTIONS
It doesn't seem easy to take a break from social media such as Facebook and Instagram. Because when a notification pops up in the phone that moment itself, you tend to check the notification that can extend into a never-ending time spend on social media, thereby getting distracted. So it is better to switch off or turn off your mobile data on the phone during study sessions.
3. DO EXERCISE REGULARLY
While studying, most of the students do it by sitting in the same position throughout the whole day, which is not fair for your body. Thus it is important to exercise, which plays a key role in keeping your stress level low and concentration levels high. Exercise also helps to boost blood flow to the brain, which will make you feel more focused on your studies.
4. TAKE FOOD PROPERLY ON TIME
A balanced meal is important in studies. Because studying while hungry or eating low-calorie food or unhealthy foods will affect your ability to concentrate on your studies. Try to eat nutritious meals and eat foods digested slowly, such as fresh vegetables, grains, fruits, etc.
5. GET SUFFICIENT REST
Our brain activity slows down at night, and all information that we learned during the day is processed. Sleep at least 8 hours every night. Irregular sleeping can cause serious health issues. It's better to try breathing exercises, take a bath, and have a cup of tea before going to bed, which will help you sleep better. Therefore relaxation plays an important role in focusing as well as success in studies.
6. DON’T FEEL SHAME TO ASK DOUBTS OR HELPS
If you have any doubts regarding your studies, you can ask for help from your concerned teacher or classmates. Don’t feel shame for that because no one is perfect. Also, you can organize online study groups and thereby discuss and clarify doubts. This helps to relieve anxiety in studies.
