How to reduce heat

Before we continue, it is crucial to define body heat in order to comprehend this particular health issue. The phrase "heat stress" is more frequently used. A typical cause of body heat is exposure to high temperatures that are improper for the body. The average body temperature ranges from 36.5 to 37.5 degrees Celsius. The inability of the body to decompress and return to a normal range results in body heat. Recognizing the symptoms that the body is in this uncomfortable state is crucial. These include ulcers, sleeplessness, a burning sensation in the eyes, and digestive problems such gas and acid reflux.

There are innumerable causes of body heat. Heat waves are a common occurrence for people who live in regions with extreme temperatures. If efforts are not taken to prevent it, dehydration can result in catastrophic conditions like heat stroke. Because they are unable to control their body temperature, those who have this disease have uncontrollable fever increases. This could be fatal if caught at an early stage.

Unexpectedly, a significant element of maintaining a steady body temperature is played by our clothing. As a result of trapping moisture, synthetic clothing raises body warmth. A more serious problem is the thyroid gland, which increases activity and affects the body's temperature. Two additional typical causes of high body heat include infections and long-lasting fevers. Certain neurological disorders and over-the-counter medications can potentially cause this sickness.

Consuming extremely spicy and hot food aids in the development of heat. In order to avoid health problems, those who insist on consuming fried and fatty foods must be careful. In the world of Ayurveda, they regularly distinguish between meals that are hot in nature and those that have a cooling effect. Therefore, nuts must be avoided. Diets high in protein need to be controlled, especially for people who are serious exercise enthusiasts. Protein-rich foods are a source of compounds that produce heat. The three main foods that can hurt and raise body temperature are meat, eggs, and cinnamon powder.

1. An abnormally high intake of water that is cold or room temperature: Water can help the body cool down. One can drink ice water or put their feet in an ice water bucket to regulate their body temperature.

Drinking coconut water offers two benefits, including being tender. It is a liquid, hence it qualifies as a drink because it contains water. Second, it has a staggering amount of vitamins and minerals that are crucial for regulating body temperature.

3.Mint and peppermint: As we all know, mint or pudina leaves offer a long-lasting cooling effect. It is a spice that may be used to give any beverage, including lemonade, the ideal flavour.

4. Fruits and vegetables

Almost all proponents of healthy eating strongly recommend consuming fruits and vegetables like bitter gourd, cucumber, tori, watermelon, etc. All of these are quite high in water and have a nourishing effect. Watermelon must, however, be consumed in the morning due to its high fibre content. Consuming it later in the day could not be good for the stomach.
