How to reduce dark circles

1. Bags of cold tea

Using cold tea bags is one of the easiest and most efficient techniques to treat dark circles under the eyes. If you're looking for a quick fix for dark circles under your eyes, try using chamomile or green tea tea bags. It is believed that the remaining caffeine helps to narrow blood vessels, which lowers blood flow and may help to alleviate some of the symptoms associated with dark circles.

Use the cold tea bags by soaking them in water and then chilling them in the fridge. Take them out of the refrigerator, then gently apply them to both eyes for ten to fifteen minutes. Repetition is the key

2. Cold Milk

As a gentle exfoliant for the delicate skin around the eyes, cold milk is a natural way to help eliminate black circles beneath the eyes. Lactic acid, found in cold milk, lightens the skin and aids in puffiness reduction. Milk also contains potassium, which helps the skin stay more moisturised and leaves your skin feeling supple and softer.

Milk Application: Soak a cotton ball in cold milk and dab it on the eye region. After a bit, let it go and then rinse your eyes with cold water. Do this at least three times a week!

3. Lemon juice and almond oil

Almond oil and lemon juice mixed together is another tried-and-true treatment for dark circles beneath the eyes. Ascorbic acid, an active ingredient in lemon juice, works with other nutrients to lessen water retention, which can result in puffy circles under the eyes. It also has a slight whitening effect, but always exercise caution when using it undiluted since it might have the opposite effect and injure skin.

How To Use Almond Oil & Lemon Juice: Gently massage the eye area with a teaspoon of almond oil and a few drops of lemon juice blended together. After massaging, give it a two to three minute rest. After that, rinse!
