How to reduce belly fat

1. Recognize that you will change your habit.
Being conscious of your choices plays a major role in losing weight. You might not realize how much you're eating or drinking, for instance, while you're out with friends at happy hour. However, you can change direction if you pause for a moment to recognize that reality.Being conscious of the situation and then making plans for alternative activities could provide me with similar advantages as indulging in comfort food.

2. Keep calorie counter updated.
Burning more calories than you take in is the most fundamental strategy for weight loss. For example, since 3,500 calories equal one pound of fat, you can use a weight loss app, or even just a pen and paper, to determine how many calories you need to burn at the gym or reduce from your diet to reach your goals. You would lose one pound of weight and burn 3,500 calories per week if you were to burn 500 more calories per day, seven days a week.

3. Consume additional fiber.
You end yourself reaching for more food when you eat foods heavy in refined carbohydrates and sugar since they don't really control your hunger. Eat more fruits, vegetables, grains, legumes, beans, and chia seeds; instead, replace your diet with more fiber foods. According to Lawrence Cheskin, M.D., chair of George Mason University's department of nutrition and food studies and associate professor of health, behavior, and society at Johns Hopkins University, "they fill you up more" because fiber slows down digestion after consumption.

4. Take a daily walk.
Walking is a fairly decent starting point for folks who don't already have an established fitness regimen. In The Journal of Exercise Nutrition & Biochemistry, a small study reported that obese women who walked for 50–70 minutes three days a week for 12 weeks reduced their visceral fat by a substantial amount when compared to a control group that remained sedentary.

5. Consume a lot of protein.
Protein is the main topic of conversation for good reason: besides keeping you full, it also fixes the microscopic tears in your muscles that occur from strength training. They become larger and more powerful as a result, gradually losing body fat. Generally speaking, try to consume at least 70 grams of protein day.
